Experience with Windows 10/11 and/or Apple operating systems (OS), the ability to type (at minimum) 20 WPM, have a wired-internet connection with speeds of 25 mbps or greater, the ability to purchase a wired headset (with noise cancelling microphone) along with 2 or more USB-adaptive monitors.

Based on what are known as "Service Intervals" (30 minute time blocks), your rate of pay is calculated by the service provider and the number on intervals you work during an invoice period.

Connective does all the work to prepare your invoice - providing you with the exact statement that we receive from Arise and pay you by electronic direct-deposit on a bi-monthly basis!

The best part about is that Connective will only EVER deduct a $35.00 fee (per invoice) to cover our costs of providing all of our services to you!
Additionally - we will NEVER never charge any additional agency percentage fees (unlike some IBO's) for our services - you get paid directly what the client pays us!
